Taylor Nelson, CEO 

Tay M.Nells is a 24 year old philanthropist originally from northern California, and currently residing in Los Angeles. She is a Media Studies graduate from Marymount California University who has a forward, yet creative, thinking approach to media and design infrastructure. Tay is a young professional whose experience in business-to-business marketing techniques, strategic planning, and digital marketing has solidified her spot as a social media producer at one of the largest e-commerce companies in the country. To name a few of her accomplishments, Tay currently holds the title of, Miss Black Teen Sacramento 2009, Miss Black Talented Teen California 2010 and her most recent as 2nd runner up at the Miss USA: Orange County Pageant in 2015, just to name a few. Leveraging unique experiences in leadership, digital media , and public relations, Tay intends to use her experiences to coordinate a #CampaignForChange in women’s equality around the world. “I just want everybody to get it off the back!”

Stefanie Tanaka
Head of Digital Media

Stefanie is a 23 year old Bay Area native, now currently living and working in Los Angeles. She received her Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Ithaca College. During her time in college she not only learned skills like graphic design, social media marketing and web design. She also did internships for companies like Hint Water, iHeartMedia, Fine Brothers Entertainment and Sophia Amoruso’s Girlboss. She also served as the VP of Public Relations of the Asian American Alliance and the Marketing Chair for College Against Cancer while at Ithaca. She currently works as a social media assistant at Trending All Day. 

Amber Cato, COO 

San Francisco native Amber Cato has always been determine to help and give back to her community. Growing up in the bay taught Amber nothing comes easy but if you determine and dedicated , the sky is the limit . 22 year old Amber over the year has graduate from Marymount California University with a degree in Criminal Justice and psychology. Amber intends to use her degree and skills to help young girls achieve their dreams.

Chanon Miller, CCO 

Chanon moved from Palm Beach, Florida to Los Angeles a little over 2 years ago with a mission: to build a successful career and give back once she had the resources to do so. She is a natural born hustler who graduated high school a year early, fully supported herself through college and founded her very own social media business at the age of 19. Chanon received her B.A. in Communications from the University of Central Florida in May 2015. In her free time you can catch her at the beach, working out, exploring California, reading and eating great food (#foodie). Chanon wholeheartedly believes leading by example is the best form of mentorship, so here she stands today, an empowered women ready to inspire and change the future for generations to come. 

Melissa Enciso
Lead Writer 

Melissa is a Los Angeles native who believes in the power of written word. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Film Production: Writing and Theory from the University of La Verne, where she took part in script writing, directing, and producing roles. While exploring the art of filmmaking, Melissa refined her love of film to scriptwriting. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys rock shows and going to the beach. She's also an avid sports fan and huge wrestling geek! Melissa currently works as an editorial writer for Trending All Day and The Get This Guide. Her hope is to leave a lasting imprint on the women around her. "A woman is wise when she makes executive decisions for herself, but she is even wiser when she encourages her fellow women to do the same."
