Malori Nicole Shows Us Who's Boss!

We have an exclusive interview with the one and only, Malori Nicole! We asked Malori, also known as Malibu, the questions any hopeful business woman would have and Our Sisters got the inside scoop! Take down notes ladies!

1.  Tell us a little bit about what you do; introduce us to your world!

I specialize in public speaking, promotions, and event coordinating! Combined with life long experience and passion in the entertainment field, I have created Malibu's Empire; a non-profit organization where my team and I search for a variety of talents, helping to expose them to the public eye. We find each individual's talent and create a relationship based upon it; it's very important. My team and I must be fully aware of the talent we're representing. It's all about networking, establishing relationships, and really being able to persuade others as to why they should support my empire. Reaching out to any and all sources regarding their specific talent is a must, and we're building an empire of sponsors and supporters from within. All members of the empire sponsor one another, so that with or without funding we all manage to keep succeeding.

2. What made you want to pursue the entertainment dream?

I find satisfaction in encouraging those around me to never give up on their dreams. It all began while growing up in the restaurant business. I always had a desire to entertain and to encourage everyone who walked through our door; to be the one to brighten their day and motivate them to pursue their dreams. That is priceless. My guests would regularly return with excitement with any encouragement I had to offer. Because of this up bringing, I developed a comfort in public speaking, and I met a lot of people from different businesses. Using these abilities, contacts, and my desire to encourage those around me, I've become deeply involved in helping others pursue their goals.

3. What does women empowerment mean to you?

It is unfortunate no matter how much women are capable of doing, we never get the right amount of credit deserved from society. Women empowerment is extremely important to me. It means to motivate, support, and love those women around you and around the world. It means to represent the strength of our gender and to be great examples of success with humility for our youth.

4. How would you define sisterhood?

Sisterhood to me is honestly the way I live my life with everyone, male or female, young or old. It means treating others how you want to be treated and to lead by example. Sisterhood, brotherhood, and humanity in general; we are to support one another, to be loyal to one another, and most importantly to love one another.

5. What advice would you offer to young, millenial girls?

Whether it's family, friends, or complete strangers, never judge a single soul. Be a giver and always be willing to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. You never know what someone is going through. We all fight our own battles, never limit yourself based on what others have to say about you. Stay true, stay humble, and always keep a positive mind-set. It's now where you've been, it's where you end up, and how many you helped along the way that truly matters.

We told you to take notes! It's no wonder Malori has found success, which is why she's a definite sister in our books! Give her a follow on Instagram to keep up with her busy schedule!
