Gabrielle Union Can Do It All

Now, you may know her from Being Mary Jane, or remember her from Bring It On, but there isn't a thing Gabrielle Union can't do. The 45-year-old actress recently started filming the last of her show Being Mary Jane, which is saying goodbye to its audience with a two-hour series finale movie instead of 13 episodes.

Last year, Union published a book titled, "We're Going to Need More Wine" in which she is an open book (yes, pun intended). The actress certainly did not hold anything back and talked about absolutely everything. In her book she talks about the miscarriages she's had to overcome, racial identity, racism, and how she's been able to accept everything she's been through and manage to come out stronger. Her memoir is now a best-seller.

Recently, Union announced the official launch of her spring collection with retailer New York & Company. In which, she got her leading ladies of Being Mary Jane together to be part of the campaign by modeling for her line. Union says the theme of her spring line is #alltogethernow, celebrating all shapes, sizes, ages, and life experiences. How can we not admire this message she's putting out there?!

On top of that, Union will star in the "Bad Boys" series spinoff. In the show (which has yet to be named) Union will reprise her role as Special Agent Syd Burnett. Union joined the cast in Bad Boys II as the sister of Martin Lawrence's character Detective Lieutenant Marcus Burnett.

As if Union doesn't have a lot going on, she is also on the cover for both Redbook and Elle magazines for their March 2018 issues.

Moreover, on Instagram, Union usually honors women of color or female counterparts by making them her #WCW and sheds light on their accomplishments and work. There is nothing better than women supporting other women. And if someone knows how to do it the right way, it's definitely Gabrielle Union.

From behalf of all of us at Our Sisters Our Time, we want to show Gabrielle Union appreciation, love, and support. She is a true SUPER WOMAN. Not only for everything she's accomplished but because she remains her true self in all of her journeys to the many successes she's earned.

If you haven't read her memoir yet, I strongly recommend you put it on your reading list!
